Exactly what I was looking for! An outstanding workout made specifically for figure skaters, all the way up to and including national/international level competitive skating. And if you're a beginner (or haven't skated in awhile), you'll still benefit from going as far through the workout as you can while you build up strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This workout is very well thought out, with easy-to-understand demonstrations. I also appreciated that you don't need expensive exercise equipment or a large dance floor/workout room. Would definitely recommend this DVD, even to non-skaters.

I introduced the program to the skaters at our summer school. This year, I brought her to Nova Scotia to deliver it in person. In May she did 3 classes for us and this week we brought her back for an update. I can't say enough about this program and how much I like it. We had skaters from Star 1 to Senior Comp. and all of them left the clinic with a great off-ice program to add to their training routine. I HIGLY recommend it….

The warm-ups and exercises are tailored to figure skaters and is almost essential for those who cannot go to off-ice training.
