FLEXAFIT REWARDS PROGRAM

 

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

As a FLEXAFIT off-ice training customer you will be automatically enrolled in the “FLEXAFIT Rewards” Program. Customers will earn points every time they book a class, appointment or refer a friend.

1 point is equal to $1.
Refer a friend to earn 1,000 reward points ($25.00) value. Referred clients must inform FLEXAFIT of whom they were referred by.
Minimum points to redeem is 1,000 ($25.00 value)
Points may be redeemed for classes or services (before tax).
Points never expire.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM

FLEXAFIT reserves the right to terminate or change the Rewards program at any time.
Rewards may be used only for booking FLEXAFIT classes or services.
Minimum points to redeem 1,000.
Rewards points are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
Rewards points may not be used to cover taxes & gratuity.

Referred clients must inform FLEXAFIT of whom they were referred by.
