OUR WORKSHOPS
Our figure skater workshops are tailor made for each skating club.
We build and design a customized schedule and focus on training areas of each clubs choice.
Each workshop is carefully designed with the skaters age, level and ability in mind to provide the most beneficial workshop.
FLEXAFIT workshops are an in-depth experience and can run over the course of a number of days, take place at a venue or be hosted online anywhere in the world.

Turn your skating goals into realities during Nashville Skating Academy's 2024 Train with the Best Elite Summer Training Camp. Experience world class coaching during the week long training experience. Campers will experience approximately 8 hours of on and off-ice training each day of camp. In addition to group classes taught by guest coaches and NSA elite coaches, campers will have the opportunity to book private lessons with our guest coaches and NSA specialty coaches.
Each participant will receive 5 full days of training including:
Coaching by Guest Coach Signe Ronka, creator of Flexafit (Figure Skater Bootcamp, Inc.)
On-ice training led by Paul Wylie, along with off-ice seminars
Training by Guest Coach Chris Conte, Jump Consultant and Choreographer
On and Off Ice Training by the Elite Coaching Team of NSA
Private lesson opportunities
Private Lessons
Skaters attending 2024 Train with the Best Elite Summer Camp will have the opportunity to book 20-minute private lessons. Private lessons will be scheduled after camp registration has closed in April and camp registration is paid in full.
Private lessons with coaches will be limited, skaters interested in private lessons need to register early for the best availability.
Train with the Best Elite Summer Training Camp is a week long figure skating camp, June 12-16, 2023 in Nashville, TN. Hosted by Nashville Skating Academy, skaters participating in Train with the Best Camp will be exposed to on-ice and off-ice training offered by Guest Coaches Paul Wylie, Signe Ronka, Chris Conte and the NSA Elite coaching team.
