During this comprehensive assessment, we evaluate movement quality, strength, power, mobility, flexibility, skating-specific mechanics, current training habits, and long-term goals.

FLEXAFIT Skill Coaching™️

The highest level of personalized coaching.

FLEXAFIT Skill Coaching™️ provides ongoing one-to-one coaching with Signe Ronka using the proven FLEXAFIT Methodology®️.

Every session is individually tailored around the athlete’s skating level, goals, strengths, and areas for development. Coaching may focus on technical jump development, skating-specific athletic performance, flexibility, movement quality, competition preparation, or overall skill progression.

Unlike a training program alone, Skill Coaching provides ongoing guidance, personalized feedback, accountability, and continued progression. Depending on the athlete’s goals, personalized homework assignments may also be provided through FLEXAFIT EDGE to reinforce learning and maximize progress between sessions.

Individualized Training Programs

Your personalized roadmap to train independently.

For athletes who prefer to train on their own while following a professionally designed program, Signe creates an individualized training plan based on your skating level, goals, schedule, strengths, and areas for development.

Unlike FLEXAFIT Skill Coaching™️, this option does not include ongoing coaching or regular feedback. Instead, you’ll receive a customized weekly training program along with a Program Plan Review Session to ensure you understand exactly how to implement it successfully.

As your training progresses and your goals evolve, additional program plans can be created without requiring another Performance Assessment.
