To ensure focused development and appropriate progression, athletes are placed into small, level-based groups:
Group A: Single Jumps through Axel
Group B: Double Jumps and Above
Group C: Adult Skater Group
Each group follows a schedule specifically designed for their technical level and developmental needs. Athletes receive direct on-ice and off-ice coaching, individualized feedback, and technical correction throughout the week.
FLEXAFIT ELEVATE is designed as a complete athlete development experience, combining technical skating instruction, sport-specific off-ice training, mental performance, and individualized feedback.
Each day follows a structured progression that allows athletes to build skills step-by-step while connecting off-ice training directly to on-ice performance.
• Assessment & Foundations – Establish strong technical foundations through athlete assessments, jump mechanics, spin fundamentals, edge quality, and movement efficiency.
• Control & Consistency – Develop greater control, confidence, and consistency through jump technique, spin development, dance, turn application, and mental performance training.
• Power & Performance – Learn how to generate more speed, power, and rotation through advanced jump progressions, athletic development, and sport-specific training.
• Rotation & Strength – Build stronger air position, rotational efficiency, and skating-specific strength to improve jump execution and overall performance.
• Integration & Future Development – Combine technical and physical training while developing a clear roadmap for continued progress throughout the summer season.
Throughout the week, athletes receive:
• Real-time technical corrections
• Individualized feedback from coaches
• Daily review and progress discussions
• Practical strategies they can immediately apply in training
Every session is designed with purpose—so improvements are not only made, but sustained.
Full-week participants and athletes registered for a minimum of three (3) camp days will receive the exclusive FLEXAFIT ELEVATE Summer Camp Workbook, personally created by Signe Ronka.
This comprehensive training resource contains 40+ carefully selected drills, exercises, training concepts, progress tracking tools, and performance strategies designed to support continued development long after camp has ended.
The workbook includes:
• On-Ice Jump, Spin, and Skating Skills Drills
• Off-Ice Strength, Mobility, and Power Exercises
• Mental Performance and Competition Strategies
• Daily Notes, Corrections, and Progress Tracking Pages
• Homework Drills to Support Continued Development
Rather than leaving camp with only memories, athletes leave with a structured roadmap for continued success throughout the summer and competitive season.
Spots are intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality training environment and ensure each skater receives the individual attention required for meaningful progress.
A limited number of spots are still available in select groups. We encourage interested athletes to register soon to secure their place and take advantage of this unique opportunity to train with the FLEXAFIT coaching team.
Coaches are welcome and encouraged to attend FLEXAFIT ELEVATE Summer Camp. This is an excellent opportunity to observe the FLEXAFIT methodology in action, gain insight into the technical and athletic development of your skaters, and collaborate with our coaching team throughout the week.
Whether attending with a skater or simply looking to expand your knowledge, coaches will have the opportunity to observe on-ice instruction, off-ice training, assessments, and athlete development strategies. We believe the best results occur when coaches, athletes, and trainers work together toward a common goal.
Coach passes are available for both full-week and daily attendance.

What is the camp address and how far is it from the closest airport and downtown Toronto?
Is there public transportation from the arena to downtown Toronto?
What will my day as a participant look like?
Each day runs from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM and includes a structured combination of on-ice and off-ice training designed to improve skating technique and athletic performance.
Skaters are placed into one of three training groups to ensure the program is appropriate for their level:
• Singles through Axel
• Doubles and above
• Adult skaters
Throughout the day, participants rotate through on-ice jump training, off-ice strength and jump technique sessions, and sport-specific conditioning, allowing skaters to apply what they learn off the ice directly to their skating.
The schedule includes short breaks and a lunch period, creating a focused but supportive training environment that maximizes learning and progress.
Will I get any feedback?
Yes, this inaugural camp is designed to have small size groups with daily individualized feedback.
What will be my hours spent off-ice and on-ice?
Participants will train approximately 6 hours per day, combining focused on-ice sessions for jump technique, spins, and skating skills with targeted off-ice training for strength, plyometrics, mobility, and jump mechanics, all designed to reinforce each other and accelerate progress.
Participants will spend approximately between 2-3 hours on the ice and 2-3 hours off the ice each day, with the exact total depending on the final schedule, and with off-ice training designed to directly support the skills being developed on the ice.
Where will the off-ice portion take place?
Will there be a progress report at the end of each day?
Yes. During the final 30 minutes of each day, Signe will meet with skaters and parents to provide a detailed summary of the training completed that day, including key corrections, focus areas, and next steps for improvement.
Each skater will also receive a complimentary Plan Skate Track Book, where they can take notes throughout the day, log their training, and track their progress, helping them continue applying what they learn beyond camp.
Will lunch and snacks be provided?
No, lunch and snacks will not be provided. Skaters should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water each day to stay properly fueled and hydrated throughout training.
Will there be a lunch break and time for snacks?
What should I bring with me everyday to camp?
Can my parent(s)/family stay and watch?
Is there somewhere I can purchase skating and FLEXAFIT merchandise?
What about booking a private session during camp hours?

The coach registration fee is $350 CAD for the full week (plus tax) or $90 CAD per day (plus tax).
