I wanted to say first that as a skater's mom I am a huge fan of your site. I love that you endorse strength and preparation so that these young skaters can build their practice in a safer way. With such emphasis on spectacular jumps and interesting spins in the sport right now it is so important to prepare your body to do those. I wish we lived closer to take advantage of your workshops and classes. If you ever consider having a weekend workshop then maybe we can come for the weekend as we are not far from the border.
